Watch

Five walkthroughs. Real console, real verdicts, narrated.

Each one is a little over a minute. Every screen is from a demonstration estate with sample data; nothing is mocked for the camera.

Use case 1 · Standing access

Zero standing privilege, decided per request.

Every large enterprise runs on access that was granted once and never re-decided. The directory, the vault and the governance platform all agree the admin key is fine, because none of them decides anything at the moment access actually happens.

In this walkthrough a privileged request is validated against its change ticket, evaluated against live context, granted for one hour and scoped to the ticket. The same request without a valid ticket is denied with the reason in plain language, and both decisions land on the ledger with their policy versions stamped.

What you’re seeing

  • A real change ticket validated before anything else runs
  • Eligibility computed from the environment’s existing authorization and live context
  • Access granted for the window, then the same request denied with the reason
  • The ledger row an auditor can replay

Use case 2 · Machine identities

A service account nobody owns, converted in one governed run.

Most estates have more service accounts than people, and most of those accounts have no named owner. They accumulated. The one with standing Domain Admin rights and a password that never expires stays live because nobody knows what breaks if it’s turned off.

ConteXengine discovers it from real evidence, scores it on the same contract as every human and every agent, and converts the static key into a just-in-time role. From then on every issuance for that account is decided on the same graph as a person. The finding closes.

What you’re seeing

  • Ownerless and admin-class identities surfaced in the inventory
  • Evidence behind the score: age, attached policies, last use
  • A playbook run that removes the standing membership and enforces expiry
  • Confirmed by re-import: the account is eligible, not a member

Use case 3 · Audit and evidence

“Why was this allowed?” answered before anyone asks.

When an examiner asks what an identity could reach and why, the honest answer in most enterprises is a six-week reconstruction. The evidence isn’t missing. It was never recorded as a decision.

This walkthrough opens the live feed of access decisions, drills one row into its causal chain, picks a framework and exports the evidence pack. Dashboard, rollup and export are the same rows, so they always agree.

What you’re seeing

  • Every access decision as it is made, for people and agents
  • The policies that fired, the scores and the versions in force
  • Framework posture computed from the same ledger
  • An evidence pack that is exactly what the engine computed

Use case 7 · AI agents

Every agent an identity. Every call decided, past the first hop.

Your teams are standing up more agents this quarter than they will hire people all year. Each one holds credentials, calls tools and hands work to other agents, and almost none of them is an identity anyone governs.

ConteXengine discovers every agent from the signals already in your estate, gives each one an owner, a score and a known reach, and bounds it at runtime: an agent can never exceed the person it works for, and authority only shrinks as it passes down a chain.

What you’re seeing

  • Agents in the same inventory as people and service accounts
  • A delegation chain narrowing at every hop, with a deny at the end
  • The human ceiling recorded on the agent’s ledger row
  • Containment when trust collapses

Use case 9 · Data

The data lake finally has an authorization model.

Who may see the data, and how sensitive it is, are both set at the source, and both are lost the moment data enters a pipeline. By the time it reaches the lake and the index, nobody can say who may see which column, so everyone can, or nobody can.

ConteXengine carries authorization, classification and lineage into the graph and attaches them to every table, column and chunk. When a person, an agent or a copilot asks, the verdict lands per asker: same question, three correct answers. The unmapped element stays dark and fails closed.

What you’re seeing

  • Sources that deliver, and the ones that don’t, shown honestly
  • Classification and lineage carried to the element
  • Three people, one question, three different answers
  • Decisions on the ledger for the Chief Data Officer

Give every identity exactly the authority its risk earns. Take it back the instant that risk changes. Prove both.

Runs in your environment

Deployed inside your boundary, including isolated networks. Your data stays where it is.

No AI in the decision path

Models help us build and tune. Every live verdict is deterministic and replayable.

Built and run with you

A build partner connects your estate, then a 24×7 global command center runs it with you.
